Most email service provider’s have different ways of handling unsubscribes, spam reports and bounces. Recipients are often added to a rejection or suppression list that’s managed by your ESP. Outlined below are ways to remove a customer that has been placed onto a rejection list.

SendGrid

Unsubscribes

In your SendGrid Dashboard, navigate to the Suppressions section and select “Global Unsubscribes”. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

Spam Reports

In your SendGrid Dashboard, navigate to the Suppressions section and select “Spam Reports”. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

Bounces

In your SendGrid Dashboard, navigate to the Suppressions section and select “Bounces”. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

Mailgun

Unsubscribes

In your Mailgun dashboard, click on the Suppressions tab, and click on “Unsubscribes”. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

Spam Reports

In your Mailgun dashboard, click on the Suppressions tab, and click on “Complaints”. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

Bounces

In your Mailgun dashboard, click on the Suppressions tab, and click on “Bounces”. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

SparkPost

Unsubscribes

In your SparkPost Dashboard, click Lists and then navigate to the Suppressions section. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

Spam Reports

In your SparkPost Dashboard, click Reports and then navigate to the Rejections section. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

Bounces

In your SparkPost Dashboard, click Reports and then navigate to the Bounces section. From here you can search for the user and remove them from this list.

Mailjet

In your Mailjet Dashboard, navigate to the Contacts section. From here you can search for the user that has unsubscribed, bounced, or reported as spam to remove them from this list.

Postmark

Unsubscribes

Postmark does not currently support unsubscribes.

Spam Reports

Postmark does not support removing users from a rejection list if they have reported the email as spam. If you feel like the spam complaint was an accident, contact Postmark Support to dispute your case.

Bounces

In the Postmark dashboard, navigate to the “Activity” section on your sending server. From here you can search for the email address of the user who bounced, and select “Reactivate” to remove them from the rejection list.
