Sendwithus uses your Email Service Provider (ESP) to power open and click analytics. When you add your ESP account to Sendwithus, open and click tracking will be enabled and configured to send data tracking data directly to our servers.

If you’re not seeing open or click analytics on your emails, you should try the following:

Have Sendwithus reconfigure your ESP account

This can be done by adding a new ESP account to Sendwithus with the same credentials as your other account, and then making the new account your default and removing the previous account.

Manually configure your ESP to enable tracking

Manually configuring your ESP depends on which ESP you’re using, but in general you want to:

  • make sure open and click tracking is enabled by default for all emails
  • enable event notifications and send them to your tracking URL
